  • The words "Inclusion," "Diversity," and "Equality" mean many things to many people, and to some people, these terms have themselves become divisive.  One of our main purposes with WeElev8 is to help us all get to the CORE of what Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality are all about: helping people live happy, healthy, and successful lives no matter their background or identities.  Most people WANT more inclusion and want to help others of diverse backgrounds experience more inclusion as well! (Don't believe us? Join WeElev8 today and see, hear, and read for yourself.)

  • There are two main parts to this answer:

    1. Redefining purpose and shifting perspectives:  Many people think the main purpose of a company is to make as much money as possible.  Like many other socially-minded companies, we are setting out to shift this perspective.  With so many product and service options available, more and more people are making consumer choice decisions not only based on price, but also based on the impact those offerings have on the world and humanity.  WeEelv8 hopes to offer a sustainable business model that becomes the norm, thus inspiring large, global companies to set impact on equal footing as profit. We can do both!!

    2. Scale: As a for-profit, for-benefit company, WeElev8 can use our revenues to reach as many people, communities, and companies as possible and eventually expand into additional markets around the world.

  • Disagreement is inevitable.   We want our users to feel comfortable providing their thoughts, questions, and experiences, even if those perspectives dissent from those of others.  But ultimately, we want our users to DISAGREE RESPECTFULLY!   How will we do this?  We have developed a "How to Disagree Respectfully" module and template that easily guides each user through what it means to disagree respectfully and how to do so.  All of our models are based on best-practice research and real-world experience.

  • Even with our WeElev8 Inclusive Communication models and user agreement, we will inevitably see inappropriate comments.  If you see hateful and/or offensive comments, please report the post/comment using the report button (!) on each post.  We will make it very clear upon initial joining of our platform that hateful comments and misleading information will not be tolerated and directly violate the user agreement, potentially resulting in account deletion and banning from WeElev8.  Hate will never be tolerated on WeElev8.

  • What would help us the most right now is for you and all of our members to REALLY use WeElev8 as much as possible:  try the courses, share your thoughts and experiences on Discover, and provide us with as much HONEST feedback as you possibly can.

Secondly, share WeElev8 with others.  Invite people who you know will already be interested in WeElev8, but also invite people whose life stories and experiences will help others learn more about Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality, even if you're not sure if they'd be the first to join WeElev8 themselves.

Lastly, please pay what you can.  WeElev8 is entirely self-funded at this time (our Founder and CEO has literally invested everything she has into making WeElev8 a reality).  The revenue we generate is VITAL to keeping WeElev8 going and hopefully growing to our full potential.

If you would also like to learn more about volunteering your services (we can't pay you at this point, but hopefully that will change soon), please contact us at info@WeElev8.com.   We are especially looking for the following help: web app and mobile app development, UI/UX design, marketing, press and publicity, and start-up accounting and compliance assistance.
